Software Manager Does Not Recognize SP1
I upgraded InstallShield 2009 to SP1, and now Software Manager complains that it cannot recognize the product with error 13003: Version Not Registered with the FLEXnet Connect.
Does this occur with anyone else? I.e. is the update server really misconfigured or has my installation blown up somehow?

I just upgraded to SP1 and got the same issue. I tried to reregister and it said I was already registered.

This has been corrected. Our patched version was not on the Update Server version yet.

Thanks, now this problem is gone. However, I don't get any updates to the list (there were a few prior to installing SP1), but I guess this is the same issue that's already being discussed in another thread.
