Runtime Error 3044, asking for .mdb in wrong place?
Hello,
im having an error with my install, i have made a fully working program and it all works completly fine.
except, I cannot launch it.
Its asking for the .mdb files in the wrong place, and I can’t find out why and where its asking for them from.
Here are the errors I get:
From Desktop:
run-time error 3044
'C:\Documents and Settings\luked\Desktop\DBFS\Vbdata.mdb' is not a valid path.
make sure that the path name is spelled correctly and that you are connected to the server on which the files reside.
From Programs List:
run-time error 3044
'H:\DBFS\Vbdata.mdb is not a valid path.
make sure that the path name is spelled correctly and that you are connected to the server on which the files reside.
As you can see it wants the DBFS files where the shortcut is, I can’t seem to figure out why.
If i move the DBFS folder where it wants it works perfect, but obvoisly i need this to point to the correct place.
I have checked everywhere in install shield, iv checked the .ini file everything i cant think where else to look.
need help! 😄
