InstallShield incorrectly reporting inadequate screen resolution
I have an InstallShield 2008 Express project which works on every client we've installed for, but today we have a client who is getting an error message during install, saying his the screen resolution on his computer is not adequate to install the application.
Our installation checks for 1024x768. The user is running at 1400x1050. If we create a log file, the ScreenX and ScreenY in the log file show 1400 x 1050 as well.
We are unable to get our product installed. Does anyone have any ideas?

The reporting is performed by the Microsoft Windows Installer engine.
What resolution information is seen in the installation log from this machine?
Does the installation complete successfully if the screen resolution is reduced?
