Regarding Upgradation Of Existing Files
Hi,
With the Install upgrade, we can upgrade the existing file differ in
1. Version number,
2. File language, and
3. Date.
Is there any other way to upgrade the existing file with the file contents??
Thanks in advance

Because of the questions surrounding this issue, there are several resources discussing the MSI rules for replacing files.
- Microsoft developer Aaron Stebner explains the MSI File Versioning Rules.
- MSDN File Versioning Rules article.
- MSDN Replacing Existing Files article.
