Install shield 2013 Limited edition

I'm a subscriber for installshield Limited edition for visual studio community. The link which was provided in the mail to download is only for installshield 2015 version. I need installshield 2013 version. Please provide the link to download.

The current version of the InstallShield Limited Edition will integrate with Visual Studio 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2015

I have installed visual studio 2013 with Install shield 2015version. The install shield project which im using is created with 2013 version. so when i open it, the project gets converted to 2015 which i dont want. To avoid it i need to install shield 2013 .
