How to add Custom Action in InstallShield 2015 Limted Edition.

Hi,

I am trying to add the custom action(.exe) in InstallSchield. But it is mot working properly when I placed my

Custom Action under "Before File Transfer" in Custom Action During Installation.

But it is working correctly in "After Register Product" in Custom Action During Installation.

Can anybody help that I need to add Custom Action under "Before File Transfer" in Custom Action During Installation.

 What is the source location selected for the executable?
