Getting an error while creating upgrade installer

Can anyone please why i am getting following installer while creating an major upgrade installer. What should i do to remove this error.

Upgrade item with Action Property ISACTIONPROP2 conflicted with another item and has been dropped. This may result in conditions referencing property ISACTIONPROP2 to behave incorrectly

Do you, perhaps, have more than one major upgrade item, under Releases, that has the same Action Property as another major upgrade item(s)?
