File with special characters in it's name like " á, č, ď, é, ě, í, ň, ó, ř, š, ť, ú, ů, ý, ž " can't be merged in windows 10 but it is merged in when i try to build same project in Windows 7.

I have IS2015, i am trying to build a project in windows 10 machine but IS is not able to merge files with alphabets of other languages in it like cz, chinese etc. 
But when i build same project in windows 7 with same IS2015, it builds successfully and does not give any error. 
There is some issue with Win10 language encoding. Anyone please help.

 What error you are seeing on build with win10?

Did you try the setting under release --> Build UFT-8 database option to YES and then building,

This option is already marked as YES. Still getting this issue.

I am using Win10 Pro, What if i switch to win10 Enterprise? Can it help?

If you are able to reproduce this issue with test project, please share the test project with files added in the project all in a zipped format for testing.

we are able to build the files without any issues in latest IS with win10, Please refer attached screenshot. so please upgrade to latest IS versions or try with other win10 machines with IS2015 itself

I can see you are using IS2015, which is already an EOL (End of life)
