Download of new 2019 Installshield

I am trying to download the new version 2019. When I get to download and License page, I see no options to download. https://community.flexera.com/t5/InstallShield/ct-p/InstallShield I am logged in but no downloads or licenses show on the page at all. Am I on the right page???
