Our application is packaged as an InstallScript project.
We use InstallShield 2020 R3.
After installing our application, a reboot is needed.
With recent builds, an “auto-repair” is triggered after reboot.
As far as I can tell, no files or registry keys are missing.
If the setup wizard is canceled, the application works just fine.
We are at a loss what triggers the auto-repair. Are there any tools to diagnose what resource is missing?

Yes, the issue started happening from IS2020R3,
I said it will be fixed in our next upcoming release(Not in 2020R3), which is under development now.

I cannot find IOJ-2179070 in the release notes.
Can you give me a link or a description of the issue?
Was the issue introduced in InstallShield 2020 R3? I haven't seen the auto-repair behavior with InstallShield 2020 plain.
Also, I noticed that the SchemaVersion changed from 783 to 784 between InstallShield 2020 plain and 2020 R3. That’s unusual. I thought SchemaVersion only changed between major releases.
