2015 LE repeatably crashes Visual Studio 2015 when opening Custom Actions screen
I'm using Visual Studio Professional 2015 14.0.25425.01 Update 3 and my peer is using 14.0.25431.01 Update 3. This crash is occurring on both my and my peer's boxes.
Double click Custom Actions, Visual Studio 2015 immediately crashes to desktop. Here's the relevant entries from Event Viewer Application log:

In case it happens to anyone else: This turned out to be a side effect of some hand-edits we made to our .isl files. Putting the .isl files back as they were allows the Custom Actions screen to be opened.
