I've converted several 2009 installations to 2010 and not noticed any issues yes.

For people that have maintenance plans and plan to get the IA 2010 version, please note that Flexera Software now charges for shipping of physical copies (30 € in Europe which is equivalent to 40 USD).

The only thing I've seen it do when upgrading to 2010 is it will create "Migrated Configuration" build configuration based on how your 2009 build was set.
