We are in the process of migrating our Flexera environment from Azure Shared Landing Zone to Azure Dedicated Landing Zone. Currently, in the shared zone, app gateway SKU v1 is used, but in the dedicated zone, app gateway SKU v2 is used.
One of our concerns is that our Flexera, configured with IIS and using Windows Authentication, might face compatibility issues, as SKU v2 does not support this authentication method. Could you kindly verify whether this is correct?
Additionally, we would appreciate your advice on how to address this issue. Is there a recommended workaround for this compatibility concern? Alternatively, can we leverage SAML or OAuth 2.0 authentication with SKU v2?
