IBM PVU SubCap On-Premises to Public Cloud

Hello,

Has anyone moved IBM apps from on-premises to public cloud and found that Flexera can compute the correct PVU requirement for SubCap licensing? Our on-premises licensing is 100 PVU's per core, however the IBM BYSOL Policy indicates that for eligible licenses, in all instances: 1 vCPU = 1 Core = 1 VPC = 70 PVUs. If we were to move the application into Azure public cloud, would Flexera compute correctly? I am asking because we don't want this to mess up our PVU consumption reports that we have to run each quarter.

Thanks
