When SaaS Manager imports my expense data, what information does it capture? How does SaaS Manager know if an expensed items is SaaS Spend or not?
(1) Solution

Hi!

So, SaaS Manager connects to select Expense Reports and Credit Card reports. It currently does not programmatically pull Invoices or PO data. Each expense integration pulls slightly different data depending on the API, but the below information is all that is gathered and stored by FSM.

Y* For data anonymization purposes, this field can be removed though it removes some of the data's usability.

SaaS Manager scans all of your purchase items every 24 hours and compares those line items against an internal database of 33,000+ SaaS applications to identify SaaS purchases within your expense data. It will then display those suspected SaaS purchases and compare them to your FSM catalog to identify the "unmanaged" SaaS within your organization.
