As Administrator, I'm running from C:\Program Files (x86)\ManageSoft\Policy Client>
mgspolicy -t machine -o DownloadRootURL=https://https://our.beacon.server/ManageSoftDL -o UILevel=Auto
and get Error(s107m607). It tells me to see log file for more details. Checking the llogs at "C:\Users\myUserid\AppData\Roaming\ManageSoft Corp" or "C:\Windows\Temp\ManageSoft" does not show any errors. This is being issued from a Windows 11 system running an agent at version 22.4, communicating with a beacon on Windows Server 2022.
Inventory uploads work fine.

Starting with version 22.2 of the agent mgspolicy is no longer used. The agent now uses flxconfig.

You will also need to make sure that the beacon you are connecting to is running version 22.2 or later.
