Tag dimensions are used in FinOps “Inform” use cases to allocate and analyze cloud spend using resource tags. Flexeras Tag Dimension API helps users automate the use of Custom Tag dimensions. The new API also allows auditing of create/read/update/delete events using the Flexera Events API.
Tag Dimensions can also be managed in the Custom Tags feature within Flexera One. Tag Dimensions can be used in Cloud Dashboards, the Tabular View, Bill Adjustments and Rule-Based Dimensions.
