Have been seeing the issues with creating download packages as reported by IMAnager9 in previous post, but those are not fixed.
The problem I am seeing now is that if I create a download package then it doesn't appear for End User portal under Download section.

It looks as though a FNO data display issue currently exists and is under investigation. You can subscribe/view the system status at https://status.flexera.com/
