Issue in Download Package

Hi,

Currently I'm facing a strange issue in Download Package section,

Id of Download Package changes on page refresh, sometimes the section does not load correctly.

If I open download package I get  the following error: "The Download Package with ID "xxxxxx" does not exist.

Hi @AEE_IT ,

There was an issue with FNO yesterday that has been resolved.  It most likely was the cause for the behavior you were seeing.  Snippet from status.flexera.com:

FlexNet Operations Intermittent Connectivity
Resolved - The systems have stabilized and the issues have been resolved. We continue to monitor so that we are in a position to react quickly should the problem recur.

A Root Cause Analysis/Incident Report will be filed in the next day or two.
