It appears that the only changes to the code for using the Rest API for entitlement are:
1. The user will be different, because they are associated with an account and product ect ... This user must have priv to use web api.
2. When doing the "Post" for updates, we must fill the id, id_type and publisher_name fields. Please confirm that my mapping is correct for the three fields below (not sure what id is.)
id_type is "STRING"
publisher_name is the account of the user
Not sure what "id" is from the examples.
The remaining changes are the operational entitlement changes per the exercises.
