Service Pack 1 (SP1) must be installed on the latest FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications build 15.13.0.20220803152900. You will be unable to install SP1 if your base build number is 15.13.0.20220622154652, which is the case for all modules of FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications downloaded from the Product and License Center before Aug 17, 2022.
If you can't install SP1 due to using the previous build, you'll see the following messages on the admin or reporting server.
Import of SP1 fails with the below message on the admin server:
./flexnet patch import /patch/FNEMA-2022_R1_SP1/admin*jar
Patch jboss.1 applies to jboss 15.13.0.20220803152900;
jboss 15.13.0.20220622154652 is installed.
Patch manager.1 applies to manager 15.13.0.20220803152900;

Import of SP1 fails with the below message on the reporting server:
./flexnet patch import /opt/flexnm/Flexera/FLEXnet/manager/patch/FNEMA-2022_R1_SP1/rep*jar

To apply Service Pack 1
- Stop the FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications Admin and Reporting services.
- Uninstall the FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications Admin and Reporting applications.
- Download the latest installers from the Flexera Product and License Center and install them. The "file added" date should be Aug 17, 2022.
- After installation, your build number should be updated to 15.13.0.20220803152900. You can now apply the SP1 patch.
