Symptoms:
Getting the below error when running the report from the command line.
"Can't connect to host
ERROR: Invalid user. Please try again."
Solution:
For 15.6 and above, the command line for report needs to use https for the location of host.
Please try this in the host: https://localhost:8443.
8443 is the https.port. You can find it in site.properties file at <FNMEA_install_dir>\manager\admin\config
