The installation is defined as BYOL within the cloud service provider and this license does not support BYOL installs

Hi,

1. We have custom cloud provider "SProvider"
2. We have custom Points Rule Set "1on1" - BYOL is set "ignore".
3. We have License "AppServer" Type "Core Points" which uses "1on1", Cloud Service Provider is set to "SProvider" alone.
Allocations set to consume entitlements. AppServer has supporting product "Sproduct"
4. Installations are found in "SProvider" Inventory devices, there are both "Appserver" and "Sproduct" in devices
5. Installations in devices have been allocated to the license "Appserver" to attach supporting product installs to the "Appserver"
6. Same happens with MS Sccm endpoints which I try allocate to the SPovider's license (license type "Microsoft SCCM Client Device", no "Cloud Service Provider" setting at all)

Primary products consumes mostly fine, secondary product dont. Inventory Device Properties/LIcenses/Show Licenses assessed reveals
"The installation is defined as BYOL within the cloud service provider and this license does not support BYOL installs".

This is the only "Assessment reason" for the "Sproduct" (prio 3, supplementary yes, assessment result blank.
SProvider is created to distinguish On-prem and Service providers licenses.

Questions:
1. Is this due to BYOL license models are limited in FNMS to certain Microsoft (AHB) licenses only?
(this destroys private cloud management if I cant get hosting vendor licenses consumed)
2. Something I miss. Global setting etc.

PS: FNMS 2023R2 On-Prem, Multi-vendor Private Cloud environment.
