I have a few questions around the ServiceNow intergration with FNMS?

1) The default the following data types can be exported by FNMS to ServiceNow - Hardware inventory, installed applications, and contacts. The information about license usage detals is not part of the default FNMS to ServiceNow Export and would have to be processed in ServiceNow via an additional export from FNMS to ServiceNow and corresponding transform maps.
2) FNMS inventories can be marked with the corresponding device roles (Production, Test, Training, ...). The tagging can be done manually or via a business adapter that obtains this information from an appropriate source (e.g. ServiceNow). The information about the DeviceRole is not part of the default FNMS to ServiceNow Export and would have to be processed in ServiceNow via an additional export and corresponding transform maps
