The majority of our FNMS Cloud Customers authenticate through their SSO provider. The other option is to use the authentication method provided by Flexera, which is based on your corporate email address and a strong password.
Once you have granted a user access to FNMS Cloud (Through SSO or Email) then role-based security is assigned within the FlexNet Manager application. There are a series of security roles provided out of the box and you can create your own security roles. FNMS logon accounts can then be assigned to 1 or more security roles.
