In order to certify the right quantity of a license installed on a machine of Azure Cloud, Oracle requires measuring the average number of processors/cores of that machine in a certain period of time (generally 6 months before the end of the license contract). The average is calculated as the sum of the processors/cores active on the machine on daily basis diveded by the number of days.
We know that the "number of processors/cores" of a machine in a certain day is recorded by the Azure Resource Manager, so we were wondering if Flexera is able to extract that information and, in that case if we can instruct the Flexera engine to calculate such average value for a specific set of machines.
