can these issues occur in on premise environment if it will be upgraded to R2?

Hi Marius, there is is a substantial difference between the On-Prem and Cloud implementations that makes this highly unlikely.

Hi Marius, Those issues were specific to EU Cloud , wouldn’t impact On-Premises.
