Oracle LMS question for counting DBA Users in Users Tablespace

Dear all,

I want to find the policy or practice of Oracle LMS for DBA Users.

- Exemption List for DBA Users

- Exemption Table Space

- How does Oracle LMS count the System Created users in Users Table Space?

 

Please help me to understand correctly.

I'm not exactly sure whether you're asking for Oracle LMS scripts in general or how FlexNet Manager counts the Oracle users based on its execution of the scripts.

However, FlexNet Manager extracts the individual user names from the instances and then exempts as per the list documented in Oracle Standard Users Exempted From Consuming Licenses as typically seen in the Oracle users tab for each instance:
