I need assistance in migrating Flexera License manager to a new server in preparation for a server upgrade

This level of assistance is usually a paid consulting service. If you're willing to get your hands dirty, the installation and migration documentations should be a good start. Moving to different machines is basically a new installation, but keeping the old DB's.

While the company I am assisting in this new installation on a new server should have support, I am not sure if they have kept up with it due to the fact I am unable to open a support ticket even after linking this support account with their company.  Do you know where I would get the new installation files, and the location of the old DB files?  Thank you in advance for any help here.  Their support has been extremely unhelpful thusfar.
