FlexNet Manager Suite with Flexera license not availale

Hi team, As part of my Flexera product license I need Flexera Manager Suite license. But I see on Flexera Connect and Licensing. How do I add Flexnet Manager to the list of my Entitled Products

You can either request to your Flexera admin to help you elevating your account's privileges or talk to your Flexera account manager or simply request the Flexera Support by raising a ticket.

Thanks for the response.  How do I connect with Flexera Admin?  I have created a support ticket, but the response is very slow. Yet not heard back from them since morning.
