Does FNMS can direct integrate with BMC Helix ITSM ?

Hello Flexera team.

The current release note states it can direct connect with BMC Remedy ITSM (7.6.04 SP4–9.1).

BMC advertises their Helix ITSM is the next generation of Remedy ITSM, can we confirm whether currently FNMS can integrate with BCM Helix ? or this is something around on the roadmap or Ideas portal if there is one existed?

I can see that there's an idea about SaaS mgt. importing Helix ITSM relevant subscription and usage data, but as you're asking in "FNMS context" I suppose that it's the CMDB integration you have in mind?

Anyway, please create an idea and please be specific about which integration use cases you have a need for being included (which data flows and in which direction, etc.)
