for a new installation of FMNS 2019 R1, I recieve the following error when try to test FlexNetAuth from "IBM Cognos Configuration": ['FlexNetAuth'][ ERROR ] Challenge for REMOTE_USER (see attached).
I found in log file: "FlexNet authentication failed. The user name and password can not be empty. Click Sign in to login again"; but when I try to logoon with the FNMS admin account the test failed ...
I can't logon to my Gateway URI: "http://servername:9300/bi/v1/disp" I receive error "Error 404: java.io.FileNotFoundException: SRVE0190E: File not found: /ibmcognos/sso/Login/Login "

my educated guess is that you did not properly update the CognosConfigProperties.xml file prior to the installation and provide your FNMS Service Account credentials.
You may want to reach out to Technical Support to trouble-shoot.
