i need to debug a problem at customer site. He cannot use the update service for my application, some kind of connectivity problem. my program is the only one that uses the Update Service in his machine, and i need to find out if the problem is in my code or in the customer's enviroment.
If you know about programs that uses update service, please, list them here. I don't want it to be invasive or to cause too much effort, so the program has to be as lightweight as possible.
If you haven't already, you should contact the support folks via the eService links on the website. They can assist you in troubleshooting any possible remote issues of your customer.
