How delete products/versions

How do you delete a product or version if it is obsolete fromt he update service?

According to this thread: http://community.installshield.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=111210

"for the short term, you can only set the status to "inactive". you can chose to display/ not display product with a status of "inactive".

In our next website refresh, we will support true delete of products/versions/ messages."

Out of sight is not necessarily out of mind ... (making it inactive) also be cautious of the Product GUID that it doesn't conflict with any new application.
