Flexera will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Open New Case functionality. This maintenance is being done to improve user experience in opening cases. This maintenance is expected to last two hours and you may experience downtown during this time. If you have an urgent issue, contact support by phone or email.

@EHacking  - The maintenance has been completed. We are working on some additional testing but the overall experience is live

@KPBussey So how does it work now? Are there instructions? The New Case screen is kind of confusing. Is the Software Community how we log cases directly to Flexera?
