We designed our community and product downloads to ensure security, the privacy of customer company data, and to allow for management of license use. We have four-levels of permissions to meet these standards. Read on for details on how to request and gain access.
New accounts are assigned a Product and License Center Administrator. This individual is responsible for approving solution download access for other company users. Users may request access to their company’s solutions for downloads by:
The PLC Administrator will receive a notification that there is a request for access. It is up to that individual to approve the request. Once done, the user may download the product by:
