If you observe the error above when submitting your support ticket in the case portal, please try the following troubleshooting options -
Option 1: Cancel the case creation and logout/log back into the community
Option 2: Try a different browser
Option 3: Avoid toggling between communities
If you find you need to select a different community on the Community field of the case portal, in order to see the desired product in the Product field, please try accessing the case portal via the respective community.
For example, if Community = Flexera Software Community has your list of products, please access this case portal and open your case
However, if Community = Flexera Community has your list of products, please access this case portal and open your case
