Description: Clicking on "Check for updates" in the support tab of Application Manager gives a message The Software Manager does not recognize this product. Please contact your software Vendor for updates to this product. Error 13001: Version Not Registered with the Flexnet Connect. Refer attached screenshot as attached below:

Solution:
This is not an issue, it's just that the proper message needs to be displayed after clicking on "Check for updates" which needs to be updated.
So whenever we click on "Check for updates" the following message should be displayed as per the image below.
