irp taking more than 16hrs to build

I am working on MS Project 2003. I am trying to package the setup file. When i try to build the irp it is taking more than 16 hours and still not getting packaged.

The build process is going on.....

Can anyone suggest me why is it happening and what can be done for this issue.

I'm sure it's obvious to you, but something is certainly broke. Isn't MS Project 2003 already an .msi? I don't believe there is logging that can be enabled for the Repackager. Maybe go back and see if there's extra stuff being pulled into the package that shouldn't be there?

MS Project 2003 is an msi and shouldn't be repackaged. Use "Custom Installation Wizard" from "Office 2003 Resource kit" to create an mst-file.
