I have a few questions regarding building a packaging team. If you were forced to bring in additional members from within your company to form a "package building team" who have virtually little to no experience building packages of any sort, what steps would you take to get them trained and up to speed and also, what is a realistic time frame that one could expect this new team to "hit the ground running" so to speak? I have been asked to create some kind of curricula to assist getting these six ppl up and running ASAP, keep in mind these six ppl have varying degrees of technical expertise.
