New and confused

Hi i have just been given Admin Studio 6 (As part of Zen Works 6.5) and asked to package crystal reports 10. I opened the msi in installshield tuner and have figured out most things, but I cannot finr where you add the key code. We run silent installs and although my package installs ok it has no licence. Please helpppppp 🙂

It sounds like you need to create a Response Transform (.MST file) using the Tuner tool. Just tick the box that says "Response". The online help is good for steps on doing this.

Then, to run your automated installation, you just do something like:
msiexec /i "" /TRANSFORMS="" /qn

The /qn on the end makes it unattended (automated).

Or, you could do the installation normally and locate the registry key with the license info and add that key in a transform 🙂
