I’ve installed version 9.5 on a clean Windows 7 PC, when I try to make a snapshot package of Windows Visio Pro 2007 I get the following errors. Does anyone have any thoughts to fix this?

You can sometimes run into this sort of issue with vendor merge modules that include other merge modules (a bad practice).

In this case, I think the resolution is to just not repackage the installer, since I believe Visio is already in MSI format. Please check into the Office Customization Tool:

Now, if you are performing a snapshot with the intent of Virtualizing the package, then I am of the opinion that the error messages don't necessarily suggest a problem with the finished package, since they should not effect whether or not those binaries make it into the virtual package.

For posterity, though, if this is the case, I would suggest digging through the File table, and looking at what components are sharing the identical file key. This should give a better sense of what happened to cause the errors.
