Email Alert on Completion

Is it possible to create a custom actioin that we send an email or an alert, or even post to a log with the users name and the success of the installation?

Yes, your custom action Dll or script will need to implement the logic to what you want. This custom action can be launched at the end of install. See MSI help for details as to how to launch it at the end of install.

Can this be done within Tuner or do I have to do this in Developer? I was trying to keep from altering my msi if I did not have to.

Probably it will be easier with Developer then in Tuner.
