Certain DLLs end up missing from my package making it useless. This happens only under MSBUILD. When built using the GUI VS the packaging works properly. The version of VS is 2013 The build log from the MSBUILD even though /v:detailed is selected does not show any errors or warnings as to why these DLLs are skipped. The log shows that the DLLS were copied to bin/release folder of the corresponding projects. Also when i examine the Installshield project in GUI, when i go to Files tab and I selected the "Dependencies from scan at build" on the Primary output of my project it accurately shows all required DLLs!
