I'm in the same boat with InstallShield Express 2012, migrated to a Windows 10 laptop and now getting Blue Screened with same error. Scared to invest another $1,000.00 to upgrade knowing that this issue is not fixed. This software is too buggy even worst than Sage ACT!

I'm looking for help in setting up an installation project for a Windows Service? Cannot find any examples and very little documentation on this. Need to be able to handle the initial creation of the service account. Thanks Chuck
