This might be more of an MSI question then an InstallShield question, but is there a property or something I can use to tell the MSI installer is going to ask for a reboot at completion?

Is there a way to put a condition per registry key for Basic MSI project? I want some registry key values to only be created if a property corresponding to it is set. I'm pretty sure MSIs can do this.
