Thanks for the quick responseSome how I cant see the dialog you have talked aboutFor some reason the splash screen run as minimized and cannot be revealedSo installshield DevStudio appears automaticallyIs there another way?Eli

The file was not signed local security policy didnt permit elevation for un signed files
