Try running install "As Administrator" by right mouse clicking and choosing "As Administrator". Win7 has more strict administrative security.I think there is some property you can set to force elevated privileges when running the msi, not sure.
Hi Manish...Not sure this is an option for you, but have you considered encrypting either just the credentials but maybe the whole thing? You may not have the bandwidth to do so with only 1024 bytes, but maybe?
