I had created an InstallShield MSI project and added a registry key[USERNAME] to registry for saving username when installs the project .But when I rebuild the project and install it again,it is upgraded,and the registry key[USERNAME] is reset to nul...

Does anyone know how can I limit the max byte length of string that is in edit/path edit control?:( Thank you!
