The computer we use to build our installers had its defective mainboard replaced. Now InstallShield 2015 LE does no longer work. When we launch it, it says that the license must be repaired, but the online repair process fails. We can choose the offline repair, but we didn't get an answer to our e-mails with the repair request in xml form.
TSConfig.exe reports "Trust flags: 5, **BROKEN**".
Uninstalling and reinstalling InstallShield did not help, either.
How can we fix the problem?
